Born: 1830, Marylebone, London
Married: Ellen, 9-years younger, 2 daughters, 1 son.
Spurgeon's College.
Informal leader of this fellowship from 1869. Appointed Minister in 1870
Middle Wall, Whitstable, Kent, 1870-1871.
Literary Secretary to C H Spurgeon, 1867-1891.
Died: 7 January 1899 aged 68.
Obituary: Baptist Handbook 1900/p223 by Vernon J Charlesworth.
"All Mr Spurgeon's publications from 1871 to 1891 passed through his hands".
His only appearance in the Baptist Handbook is, in 1871,
when he is shown at Whitstable from 1870.
