From London on the A2/M2:

  1. A2/M2 Junction 1 join M2 signposted Dover/Canterbury/Channel Tunnel
  2. Continue on M2 until Junction 7
  3. At M2 J7 follow A299 (Thanet Way) sp Margate/Ramsgate
  4. After approx. 5 miles take left fork sp Whitstable A2990 (B2205)
  5. At roundabout take second exit sp A2990 (B2205)
  6. At roundabout take first exit sp B2205 Whitstable
  7. Continue down Borstal Hill into Canterbury Road to traffic lights at railway bridge
  8. Pass under railway bridge into Oxford Street
  9. At mini-roundabout continue ahead in Oxford Street
  10. Follow Oxford Street beyond zebra crossing
  11. Pass Nelson Road on left
  12. Pass Wetherspoons “The Peter Cushing” on left (previously “The Oxford” Cinema/Bingo Hall)
  13. At crossroads turn left into Middle Wall (very narrow entrance!!)
  14. Pass United Reformed Church and Public Carpark on left
  15. Whitstable Baptist Church is at the next junction (Waterloo Road)

From Thanet on A299:

  1. Follow A299 (Thanet Way) until junction with A290/B2205 sp Whitstable
  2. At roundabout take fourth exit B2205 sp Whitstable
  3. At roundabout take second exit B2205 sp Whitstable
  4. Follow (7) above

From Canterbury on A290:

  1. Follow A290 towards Whitstable until roundabout A299
  2. At roundabout take third exit sp B2205 Whitstable
  3. At roundabout take second exit B2205 sp Whitstable
  4. Follow (7) above

Parking:

Unfortunately, there is no ‘On-Site’ parking. However, there is a public ‘Pay-and-Display’ (pay on exit) car park in Middle Wall (120metres south) and another one not far away in Island Wall (180metres north)
Charges apply at most times.
There may also be limited parking in the neighbouring streets in the vicinity of the church although restrictions may apply. Click here to see map.
